Ishkomen Meadows Project will consist of tourist homes, multiple 5-star hotels, water sports, amusement park, convention center, golf resort/range, high altitude football training camp site, tennis courts, healing center, clubhouse, cricket ground, etc. The proposed project is in Ghizer, Gilgit-Baltistan [80 KM from Gilgit Airport].
LAND/COMPANY EXISTING OWNERS
The Company is owned by very seasoned professionals in and outside Pakistan including Road & Story, UN employees, Advisor to Saudi Economic Minister, Owner of Hedge fund in UK & Dubai, Global Insurance Industry Veteran, Head of Siemen in US, Intercontinental Hotel London professional and 2/3 bankers in Pakistan and KSA.
PROJECT DESIGNER
Meinhardt Singapore engaged for infrastructure and town planning
PROJECT STATUS
Land acquisition complete, Topography & Geo Technical Surveys conducted, land fencing completed, conceptual design finalized. Infrastructure development will start in couple of month once final design is received from Meinhardt Company.
TIMELINE
a. Infrastructure development & Club House will start immediately with project marketing publicly.
b. Hotels construction will start immediately
c. Chalets will start selling from summers of 2023 which will bring in revenue for the company.
d. Amusement Park will be developed subsequently.
e. Whole city will be complete in 3-5 year
